Depher repair

Hello I would like to thank James from this company, James came to my property to assist me with a water leak that was dripping through my ceiling. While James was working he noticed that my gas fire had black marks on the coals, he said he would have a quick look just to be safe. Jame tested the gas fire and told me that there is a problem with the flue, he said it was blocked! He shone his torch up the flue and saw that bricks had fallen from the chimney stack and lodged themselves in the flue. He has now isolated the fire and will be returning to help with the removal of the blockage. I have now realised that when i was using the fire, i did feel ill and drowsy and on some occasions i had a headache. I have been to the doctors and he has confirmed that i was suffering from slight carbon monoxide poisoning. I have had oxygen and i will now be fine, the doctor informed me that this could have easily been a different outcome for my family to deal with as i am a pensioner and my health is not what it used to be. James and Depher have surely saved my life and saved my family from the horrors that would have caused them all. James please accept my friendship for life and know that i will always be here for you, you will always be remembered now and forever as my guardian angel. Thank you xxx
